NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Directors of the Palestine Economic Development Corporation of Palestine, Texas will meet Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 5:30 P.M. at the PEDC Offices, 100 Willow Creek Parkway, Suite A , Palestine, Texas, in accordance with the following agenda:

II.       Discuss & Vote regarding PEDC Organizational Structure
III.     Adjourn
