NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Directors of the Palestine Economic Development Corporation of Palestine, Texas will meet Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at 12:00 P.M. at the PEDC Offices, 100 Willow Creek Parkway, Suite A , Palestine, Texas, in accordance with the following agenda:

I. Call meeting to order

II. Consider action on the following:

A.  Approval of disbursement of loan to Product Concept Development, Inc.

III. Adjourn
