The Board of Directors of the Palestine Economic Development Corporation of Palestine, Texas will meet April 27, 2009 at 4:30 P.M. at the Palestine City Hall, Council Chambers, 504 N. Queen St., Palestine, Texas, in accordance with the following agenda:

I. Work Session with the Palestine City Council
